Roasted Delicata Squash with Butter and Miso

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Melt the butter and miso together. Stir until smooth.
- Toss the squash with the miso butter.
- Lay out flat on the baking sheet, without having them overlap.
- Roast for 15 minutes. Flip and roast for 10 more minutes.
