  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup reduced fat feta cheese (or parmesan)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450. Spray a pan with cooking spray.
  2. Arrange asparagus in a single layer. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic. Mix so well coated.
  3. Roast for 8-10 min. Serve sprinkled with vinegar, salt and pepper. Top with feta or parm.
