Pork chops and applesauce is one of my favorite combinations. What could make it better? Making your own applesauce instead of using store bought so that you can control the ingredients and sugar content. Any apples will work and you just add seasoning to the pork to suit your tastes. I like simple salt and pepper, but Cajun seasoning or herbs are delicious.

The applesauce was delicious. But I think that the pork needed some sort of seasoning or rub instead of just salt and pepper.
