Peanut Butter Banana Protein Pancakes

In a small bowl, mash the banana and peanut butter completely.
In another bowl, lightly whisk the egg whites.
Add the egg whites to the banana and stir together.
Warm a skillet over medium low heat.
Spray with cooking spray and pour in the 1/3 of the batter. Let cook on one side for about 4-5 minutes until bubbly and edges lift off easily. Flip and cook on other side for 3-4 minutes.
