Parsley Pineapple Smoothie

Do you add fresh herbs to your smoothies? Yum. Lately it is one of my favorite things to do ever since I fell in love with veggie packed green juices and smoothies. Almost all of my favorite green juices contain either parsley, cilantro, or basil - so it was only a small leap to start throwing fresh herbs into my smoothies as well. This combination of parsley and pineapple is super fresh and delicious, plus parsley packs in more iron than any other green leafy vegetable. The banana makes the smoothie nice and creamy (avocado would also be delicious!) and the ginger adds a nice spicy note.
