Parmesan Spaghetti Squash Recipe
Spaghetti squash is a constant in my home. We eat it at least once a week as a pasta substitute or side dish. Most often, I cook in the microwave to speed things up and then just add Parmesan, lots of black pepper, and some olive oil or butter. Simple, filling, and oh so good.
