We all have those days when we have barely any calories or points left but are starving.  This sandwich is something I make often when I am feeling that way.  Made with reduced calorie bread, part skim mozzarella cheese, deli turkey, and as many veggies as you like - it's reminiscent of a grilled cheese but without all the calories.  It also can be made in just about 2 minutes, so that's a bonus as well. For a more complete meal, pair it with soup or a veggie packed salad.
