Truth be told I would eat buffalo sauce on almost anything. I love it, especially when it's mixed with melted butter - yum. I am starting to drool just writing about it. So the idea of a quick dinner of skillet cooked chicken doused in buffalo sauce and butter could be more appealing to me. It's so much healthier than buffalo wings or tenders and paired with some carrots, celery, baked fries, and skinny ranch - it's a delicious and easy meal.

Ingredients

US METRICS
  • 1.33 lbs. chicken breast tenderloins, cut into strips
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp light butter
  • 4 tbsp buffalo wing sauce

Cut the chicken into strips, about 4 per serving. Sprinkle the chicken breast with salt and paprika.

Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray and add the chicken. Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side and flip until chicken is cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Add the butter to the skillet. Once melted add the wing sauce and stir together. Add the chicken and toss to coat.
