Maple Mustard Chicken

Preheat your oven to 450 degrees. Liberally spray a baking dish with cooking spray. I used a square 8 X 8 glass dish.
In a small bowl, whisk together the mustard, maple syrup, vinegar, and thyme.
Place your chicken in the baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the chicken and rub into the skin.
Bake for 40 minutes. Let rest for ten minutes before serving and cover with additional sauce.
