Carefully cut the mangoes in half, cutting out the husk. Scoop out the mango carefully using a spoon and place the mango shells into the freezer on a baking sheet or plate.
Make your simple syrup by combining hot water and Splenda. Add the simple syrup, lime juice, and mangoes to a blender and puree until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and place in the freezer for one hour until it begins to freeze but is still soft enough to scoop.
Scoop the mango ice into the mango cups and freeze for an additional 2 hours. Eat right away or wrap in plastic wrap to save for later.
