Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Cream the butter, sugar, and oil. Then add in the vanilla, salt, and egg whites and stir together.
Mix together the dry ingredients in a separate bowl, including the malt powder. The slowly add the wet ingredients and combine. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Bake for 6-8 minutes and enoy!
