This recipe barely deserved to be called a recipe but since many people requested it after seeing a photo on Instagram, here goes! Just layer up a low carb tortilla with deli turkey breast, sliced tomatoes, and lots fo cheese. Broil for a few minutes until toasted and spread on your favorite condiments. Personally I love a little whole grain mustard and low sugar raspberry preserves. Delicious.
