I love smoothies in the morning but often it is hard to find something that will fill me up. However this smoothie does it. Between the protein in the yogurt and peanut butter and fiber in the flax seeds, this is a great way to kick start the day or recover after a hard workout. Feel free to use any fruit you like and switch out the peanut butter for another nut butter depending on your preferences.
