Marinate the chicken in the buttermilk, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt overnight. If you like spice, you could add some hot sauce as well.
When ready to cook, preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Season the almond flour with salt and pepper. Remove chicken from marinade letting excess drip off. Press into the flour on both sides. Set aside.
Heat an oven safe skillet over medium high heat with the oil. Add the chicken and brown on both sides for 3-4 minutes.
Place pan in the oven to finish the chicken, about 10 minutes,
