Low Carb BBQ Turkey Meatloaf

- 1/2 U onion, minced
- 2 U garlic cloves, minced
- 1.25 tsp olive oil
- 1.67 lbs 99% lean ground turkey
- 5 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2.5 tsp grill seasoning
- 1 U egg
- Salt to taste
- 5 tbsp no sugar added barbecue sauce

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Sauté the onion and garlic in the olive oil until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
Gently combine the onions, garlic, turkey, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, grill seasoning, and egg. Season with salt if needed. Be careful because ketchup and Worcestershire have salt.
Spray a standard muffin tin with cooking spray. Divide the meatloaf mixture between 10 holes. Top with barbecue sauce using a brush. You could also use mini loaf pans if you have them or shape them into mini loaves by hand and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes for the muffins, 30-35 minutes for mini loaves, or until cooked through.
