Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup couscous
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 U clove garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 1/2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Cook couscous according to package directions.

Mix together the olive oil, mustard, honey, garlic, vinegar, and salt.

When couscous is finished cooking toss with dressing and tomatoes.
