Have a meat and potatoes lover in your house? Then this is the recipe for you. Simply seasoned grilled red potatoes and lean sirloin steak that comes together in under 30 minutes. Pair it with some simple grilled veggies or a nice green salad and dinner is ready.
Grilled Sirloin Steak and Potatoes

- 1 lb. red potatoes, scrubbed
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. lean sirloin steak, trimmed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. coriander

Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium heat.
Pierce the potatoes all over. Microwave the potatoes for 6-8 minutes until tender. Alternatively you can boil the potatoes until soft. Cut into wedges.
Brush the steak with half the olive oil.
Mix together the salt, pepper, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and coriander. Rub onto the steak.
Grill the steak to your desired doneness, 5 minutes per side for medium rare.
Remove the steak and let it rest. Meanwhile, toss the potatoes with remaining olive oil, salt, pepper, and any other seasonings you like.
Place on the grill or grill pan until crispy and flip, about 3 minutes per side.
Serve steak and potatoes.
