There are few more delicious pairs out there than steak and mushrooms. The deep rich flavor of grilled steak and the earthy deep flavors of the mushrooms is a perfect combo. To make this dish simple and delicious, a quick spice rub is made that is used on both the steak and mushrooms. Then everything is grilled to your liking in about 15 minutes. Tasty and easy.
Grilled Sirloin Steak and Mushrooms

Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium heat.
Brush the steak with 1 tbsp. olive oil.
Mix together the salt, pepper, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and coriander. Rub onto the steak.
Grill the steak to your desired doneness, 5 minutes per side for medium rare.
Remove the steak and let it rest. Meanwhile, toss the mushrooms with 1 tbsp. olive oil, salt, pepper, and any other seasonings you like.
Place on the grill or grill pan until tender, about 4-5 minutes per side depending on size.
