Grilled Flank Steak with Chimichurri

In a ziploc bag or container, marinate the flank steak for at least 3 hours in the juice of one lemon, salt, pepper, and 1 crushed garlic clove. Flank steak can be a little tough, so marinating it is important to tenderize the meat.
To make the chimichurri sauce, combine the parsley, juice of one lemon, 4 garlic gloves, yogurt, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes in a small food processor or blender.
Preheat the grill on medium heat and grill the flank steak to your desired done-ness. Slice think and cover with 1 tbsp of chimichurri sauce.
