Lately I have been making some version of this microwave banana protein oatmeal every morning and while I love it, I need a break. I also need something quick and easy, so I have been making these delicious Greek Yogurt Bowls. You can use any fruit you like, plain or flavored Greek yogurt, ground flaxseed meal for fiber, and then melted peanut butter, which basically makes anything taste amazing.
