Crispy Potato Wedges

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees
Wash the potatoes and cut into wedges.
Add the egg white and spices to a bowl. Whisk for about 1 minute until slightly frothy.
Toss the potatoes with the egg white spice mixture and drain off any excess liquid.
Place in one layer on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Roast for 15 minutes and then flip over. Roast for another 15-20 minutes.
