Creamy Snap Pea and Ham Pasta

Cook the pasta according to package directions.
During the last 2 minutes of cooking, add the snap peas. Once pasta is cooked al dente and snap peas are just tender crisp, drain and set aside.
Melt the butter in a large pan. Once melted, add the garlic and ham and cook until garlic is fragrant.
Stir in the pasta and snap peas. Then add the cream cheese, nonfat milk, and Parmesan cheese. Stir together until everything melts and thickens up.
Season well with salt and pepper.
