Slice cabbage into ribbons
Heat coconut oil over medium heat. Add onion for 2 minutes, then add cabbage. Toss and salt and pepper. Let sit for 4-5 minutes. Then flip and do again.
When cabbage is well colored and tender add soy sauce and lime.
