Chocolate Covered Cherries

Method 1: Using a double boiler, bring your water to a boil and then turn off. Add your chocolate to the small bowl and stir until melted. Slowly pour in the milk until it is fully incorporated. Then dip your cherries into the chocolate and place onto a baking sheet with parchment paper. Let solidify in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
Method 2: Place your chocolate in a microwave safe dish and microwave for 1 minute at 1/2 power. Continue to microwave for 30 second increments at 50% power until melted. Slowly stir in the milk, incorporating it into the chocolate. Dip the cherries in the chocolate and place onto a baking sheet covered with parchment. Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before eating. Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
