Love cauliflower rice but find yourself eating it 4-5 times a week (points at myself)? Then this recipe is for you. It's just like cauliflower rice, but made with cabbage instead! I love the hearty, earthy flavor it brings and it is especially delicious with Asian inspired dishes.

  • 1 U green cabbage, chopped
  • 2 U garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Add the cabbage and garlic to a food processor. Depending on your food processor you may need to do this in batches. Pulse until chopped into small rice like pieces.
  2. Add the olive oil to a saute pan over medium high heat. Add the cabbage and garlic. Cook until tender.
