Buffalo chicken anything is pretty darn irresistible in my mind. Let's be honest, buffalo sauce is just pretty darn delicious on anything. Cauliflower, quinoa meatballs, chicken tenders, or wings - I love it all. And this past week when I was thinking about dinner ideas, it dawned on me that I have never shared a buffalo chicken burger, even though it's something I make all the time. Today I am going to share the basic recipe, but I encourage you to mix things up. You want to start with all the classic buffalo flavors - carrots, celery, ground chicken, and your favorite buffalo sauce. From there you can mix it up and add crumbled blue cheese, ranch seasoning (store bought or homemade), black beans, or switch up the veggies and spices. They're delicious, low calorie, and ready in under twenty minutes. Dinner win.
