Looking for a healthier alternative to buffalo wings? Consider trying these delicious buffalo cauliflower poppers. Now if you are anything like me you will start off extremely skeptical. I mean it's cauliflower. However they are really really good! Spicy, buttery, and crispy they make the perfect game day snack or healthy appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups cauliflower
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp. reduced fat butter
  • 4 tbsp. buffalo wing sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Combine the flour, water, paprika, and garlic powder. Toss the cauliflower with this mixture and then place on baking sheet. Cook for 20 minutes or until tender.
  3. In a microwave safe bowl or in a small sauce pan, combine the butter and hot wing sauce.
  4. Toss the cauliflower with the buffalo sauce and butter mixture. Let rest for 5 minutes and serve.
