Ingredients

US METRICS
  • 6 cups cauliflower
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp. reduced fat butter
  • 4 tbsp. buffalo wing sauce

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet.

Combine the flour, water, paprika, and garlic powder. Toss the cauliflower with this mixture and then place on baking sheet. Cook for 20 minutes or until tender.

In a microwave safe bowl or in a small sauce pan, combine the butter and hot wing sauce.

Toss the cauliflower with the buffalo sauce and butter mixture. Let rest for 5 minutes and serve.
