This is what I have been eating for breakfast for almost two weeks. I’m obsessed. It’s the perfect breakfast for summer and incredibly refreshing. Just slice a cantaloupe in half, load it up with yogurt and your favorite toppings, and dig away. This would also work great with papaya or any other type of melon. For an extra refreshing treat, keep the cantaloupe chilled in the fridge before serving.
