Black beans and apple combine to make the most delicious vegetarian burgers. Although I love a good veggie burger, I often get bored since I make the same ones all the time. So when I saw this recipe for black bean apple burgers, I couldn't wait to try them and they didn't disappoint. With a combination of black beans, apples, and cornmeal - these burgers are hearty and full of flavor. Topped with some cheddar cheese and barbecue sauce and it's a burger you will want to make all the time.
