BBQ Mini Meatloaves

- 1/2 U onion, minced
- 2 U garlic cloves, minced
- 1.25 tsp olive oil
- 1.67 lbs 99% lean ground turkey
- 10 tbsp Panko breadcrumbs
- 5 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2.5 tsp grill seasoning
- 1 U egg
- Salt to taste
- 5 tbsp barbecue sauce
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Saute the onion and garlic in the olive oil until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
Gently combine the onions, garlic, turkey, breadcrumbs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, grill seasoning, and egg. Season with salt if needed. Be careful because ketchup and Worcestershire have salt.
Spray a standard muffin tin with cooking spray. Divide the meatloaf mixture between 10 holes. You could also use mini loaf pans if you have them or shape them into mini loaves by hand and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes for the muffins, 30-35 minutes for mini loaves, or until cooked through.
