Ingredients
1.33 lbs lean pork tenderloin
1 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, mined
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
Directions

Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium high heat.

Mix together the oil, spices, and garlic. Rub over the pork.

Place the pork on the grill and cook for 7-8 minutes per side or until cooked to your liking. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Oven method: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Bake 25-35 minutes until the pork is cooked to your liking. Let rest 5-10 minutes and slice into 1 inch pieces.
