Healthy Meal Plans: Week 4

This week's healthy meal plan is full of amazing dishes like Steak Tacos, Honey Sesame Pork, Cajun Salmon, and a delicious Slow Cooker Chicken Shawarma. All with nutritional info and WW Freestyle Smartpoints.

This week's meal plan is packed with some of my family's favorite dishes! The kids go crazy for the Honey Mustard Chicken and everyone loves the Ham and Cheese Muffins for a quick breakfast. 

Now on to this week's meal plan! Now on to this week's meal plan. It starts out with Ham and Cheese Egg Muffins, a Cranberry Chicken Salad, and Slow Cooker Chicken Shawarma. Monday brings Spinach Artichoke Pasta and Tuesday is Steak Tacos. Wednesday is Honey Mustard Chicken Thighs and Thursday is Honey Sesame Pork Tenderloin. To end the week, meals include Cajun Salmon and a Southwestern BLTA Salad.

Steak Tacos: These simple steak tacos have a ton of flavor and come together in no time. Add all your favorite toppings and have a meal everyone will love!

Honey Mustard Chicken and Carrots: This whole meal is made on a single sheet pan and ready in less than thirty minutes! It's also one that my whole family absolutely loves and the leftovers make the best salads.

Chicken Shawarma: This dish can be made in the slow cooker, Instant Pot, or on the grill. It has tons of flavor from a homemade spice combination and makes the most delicious meal.

Cajun Salmon: One of the most delicious ways to prepare salmon with an easy homemade spice mix that can be as hot as you like!.
