Now on to this week's meal plan! It starts out with Ham and Cheese Egg Muffins, Hummus and Veggie Pitas, and Slow Cooker Brown Sugar Balsamic Pork. Monday brings Tomato and Asparagus Carbonara and Tuesday is Grilled Honey Mustard Chicken. Wednesday is Citrus Steak and Pepper Tacos and Thursday is Balsamic Chicken Thighs. To end the week, meals include Honey Baked Salmon and Chinese BBQ Turkey Wraps.

Slow Cooker Balsamic Pork Roast: This slow cooker dish has so much flavor from a homemade balsamic glaze that adds tons of flavor to the pork.
