Healthy Meal Plans: Week 12

Make meal planning stress free this week with our healthy, low carb, and vegetarian meal plans all with shopping lists, nutritional info, WW Points, and easy, delicious recipes.

Spring is almost here and I couldn't be more excited. Let's get straight down to business this week with a super delicious meal plan packed with healthy meals that are quick and easy to make.

Now on to this week's meal plan! It starts out with a delicious Brussel Sprouts and Bacon Frittata, Tex Mex Stuffed Zucchini, and Slow Cooker Spicy Pulled Pork. Monday brings Creamy Tomato, Spinach, and Mushroom Pasta and Tuesday is One Pan Teriyaki Chicken and Vegetables. Wednesday is Sesame Beef and Thursday is Sheet Pan Lemon Pepper Chicken. To end the week, meals include Ancho Fish Tacos with Red Cabbage Slaw and Grilled Cheeseburger Wraps.

Slow Cooker Spicy Pulled Pork: Now that it's starting to get warmer, I have barbecue dishes on the brain and this spicy pulled pork doesn't disappoint. It also works with chicken breasts or chicken thighs for a lower calorie option.

Sheet Pan Lemon Pepper Chicken: A week doesn't go when my family doesn't ask for some type of crispy chicken recipe. I love this one because it is easy to make, has tons of crunch factor, and is still light and healthy.

Creamy Tomato, Spinach, and Mushroom Pasta: This is one of my favorite veggie filled pasta dishes in the most delicious creamy tomato sauce. Plus it couldn't be easier to make.

Protein Packed Waffles: After eating waffles last weekend at a hotel buffet, I have been thinking about them nonstop. This healthy version is packed with protein and good for you!
