Some weekends all I want to eat is pizza, but it isn't always easy to find a healthy pizza option since most finds are full of fat and calories. Luckily there is a way to enjoy delicious pizza without all the calories and even a couple of low carb options for those of you following a low carb diet. If you decide to go the take out route, reach for a thin slice pizza with low calorie toppings like veggies, ham, pineapple, or Canadian bacon. The thin crust cuts about 100 calories per slice and makes it a much more diet/healthy living friendly meal.
