I absolutely love hearing from readers, so when Cindy reached out last week looking for healthy and dairy free dessert ideas, I couldn't wait to round up some delicious options. Not only are all these desserts dairy free, they also ring in at under 125 calories and will satisfy your sweet tooth without ruining your diet. What are your favorite dairy free desserts? Before we begin, one quick note. For the desserts with chocolate make sure to choose a dairy free chocolate. There are lots of non diary chocolate chip options and also vegan chocolate chips in most natural food stores.
