Even though you can find strawberries year round, they are just so much better when they are in season. Ripe, bright red, juicy, super sweet - freshly picked in season strawberries are one of my favorite simple pleasures so I couldn't be more excited that strawberries are finally here. And while I usually eat them plain or with a dollop of fresh whipped cream (maybe my favorite dessert), I love to cook with them as well. To celebrate this season, I have put together eleven of my favorite healthy strawberry recipes.
