Although I love my zoodles and spaghetti squash, sometimes a girl just wants some real-deal pasta. And even though pasta has a bad rap as something that is loaded with carbs and shouldn't be part of any diet, in my opinion there is no need to cut it out entirely. Plus whenever I cut any food group our of my diet, its all I want to eat. Pasta can defintiely be part of a well-rounded, healthy diet, especially when it is paired with lots of veggies and good-for you ingredients. Everything in moderation.
