Best of 2013: Healthy Breakfast Recipes

By Kristen Mccaffrey on
As we wrap up 2013, it’s fun to look back at some of the most popular, most pinned, and most loved recipes from the last year and what better way to start than with breakfast. The best thing about this year’s list in my opinion – each and every recipe works for a quick weekday meal or leisurely weekend brunch since everything is fridge/freezer friendly. Make up a big batch of pancakes, oatmeal, or egg muffins on Sunday and have a delicious breakfast all week without worrying about extra calories when you are rushing out the door. (Like this strategy? Check out the meal plans. They almost always include delicious make ahead breakfast recipes that you can enjoy all week.) My personal favorite this year the DIY Frozen Breakfast Quesadillas. What is your favorite?
