With football season in full swing, you can almost guarantee that by midweek I am already dreaming about football food and getting together with friends to cheer on our favorite teams. It’s ranks up there as one of my favorite times of year and let’s be real – the fun, delicious, food is a huge reason why.

Lately one of my favorite things to do for football weekends is make all kinds of delicious savory cupcakes using wonton wrappers. They are the perfect vehicle for portable bite size pizzas, tacos, lasagnas, enchiladas, and more. Really you can make almost anything you can think of into a cute little cupcake. This recipe is inspired by the always popular Barbecue Chicken pizza and couldn’t be easier to make. They are guaranteed to be a hit.
