You should add 12 ounces of water to your daily total for every 30 minutes that you work out. So if you work out for 45 minutes daily, you would add 18 ounces of water to your daily intake.

I go to the bathroom pretty often regardless of water intake. Obviously if im dehydrated and chug a bottle I pee immediately but if i drink it throughout the day it doesnt make a difference. Drinks like pop and tea are diuretics and make you go to the restroom more actually so subbing out water might have you going less. Keep in mind too, getting up and moving a little is good for you if you are sitting and working. Your creativity/motivation can get rather stale after too long. Its good for your brain to get up and stretch and take small breaks here and there. I will say though as someone with a small bladder, lifes just better without jeans bathroom breaks are quicker in yoga pants pfhaha.
yeah absolutely water is extremely important, dehydration feels like hunger so people eat more when not meeting requirements, its really not difficult you just have to grab a bottle you'll keep ahold of and refill it, mine is 24 oz so if i fill it 3 times and then knock it down im almost done for the day anyway.

hi..can i know how you determine water intake by multiple 2/3? is there any revision or journal that indicate it?
i have made a new rule for myself. whatever amount of soda i drink i have to drink an equal amount of water. of course drinking the required daily amount of water is good, but at least i dont end up drinking nothing but soda if i match water to the amount of soda i drink. i did this last night for the first time and i had the best sleep i've had in weeks.i had been drinking 2 liters of soda with no water....that isnt good.
