In my opinion no Superbowl spread is complete without some type of pizza. It should be cheesy and delicious and somehow not ruin my diet. Sound impossible? Well thanks to a delicious recipe from Danica, over at Danica’s Daily, it is possible to enjoy pizza without all the calories. Adapt the recipe to include any of your favorite toppings. I opted for pepperoni, pineapple, and jalapenos – but any combination you like would work. You can also make these as mini muffins and they are just 1 point per puff. Yum.

I totally agree that a superbowl spread must contain pizza of some sort. These pizza bites look delicious!

What size is the muffin? mini or regular?
You can use either and both will turn out great.
