    Oh! I just subscribed last week so I missed the special! :(
    I am loving the meal plan, though! If I would have waited only one week, I could have saved $10 on my subscription!

    I have a couple of questions about the yearly meal plan-

    First, if I sign up, can I switch back and forth between the regular and low carb meal plans (i.e. do low carb one week and then regular the next)?

    Second, do you have an idea of the approximate cost of the grocery items each week?

    Third, are the ingredients for the sub meals included on the shopping list? I’m wondering if I want to make a sub meal how I would go about determining what ingredients I could eliminate from the shopping list.

      Yes! You will have access to all the meal plans and can switch between them whenever you choose. In terms of cost, it really depends on where you live and the cost of produce since there are lots of fruits and veggies in the meal plans. Most people report they save money though since you aren’t buying any expensive processed or packaged foods. For the fallback meals, you have to make the changes to the shopping list but I have been told from members it isn’t too hard to do. Thanks!
