Crock Pot BBQ Pulled Pork

The way to a man’s heart very well may be pork, especially when it is covered in barbecue sauce.  Heck – it may be the key to my heart as well.  It also very well may be the secret to converting vegetarian friends.  Honestly, pulled  pork recently ended nine years of vegetarianism for a close friend.  This is a simple and quick slow cooker pulled pork that is based on a Food and Wine recipe I have from a few years back.

Is the point total just for the pork or does it include a multigrain bun?

Thank you so much for sharing this recipe, Kristen! Since I discovered it around December, it has become a monthly (or honestly, even a bi- or tri-monthly) staple. It is SO good on toasted sourdough bread with some pickles and cheddar cheese. I never used my slow cooker until I discovered this website – now I wish I had one or two more! I can’t keep it clean for long at all. :)
