How many people is the plan for?
There are meal plan options for two people or four people, although most of the recipes are easy to adjust for any household. Weekday breakfasts and lunches are for one since most subscribers only prepare these meals for themselves during the week. Have more people? Just adjust the recipe by multiplying it by the number people in your home.
What if I don't like a recipe included?
Each meal plan comes with two fallback meals that you can easily swap in if you don't like an ingredient or recipe idea. Additionally the meal plan provides a breakfast, lunch, and dinner option for every day. If you decide to eat out for any meals, you will have extra recipes to choose from in case there is something you don't like.
Is there a shopping list for what I need?
Yes! Every meal plan comes with a complete shopping list that is divided into categories for hassle free and easy shopping. Additionally each shopping list includes pantry items you will need, a space for you to write in your own items, a space for notes, and a space for make ahead items.
Can I print or download the meal plans?
All meal plans are available in PDF format that are easy to print. Many people print out their meal plans at the beginning of the week so they can take the shopping list with them and then post the plan on the fridge for easy reference. The plans are also easy to download and view on a cell phone or tablet.
Do the vegetarian meal plans include dairy and eggs?
Yes. The vegetarian meal plans do include dairy products as well as eggs, however you should be able to easily make substitutions if you do not consume these products. They do not contain any fish, chicken, or other meat or animal products.
