  • 1 lb. 93% lean ground turkey, browned and drained
  • 5 cups water
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp seasoned salt (e.g. Lawry's)
  • 1 tbsp beef bouillon
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 3 U carrots, sliced
  • 3 U stalks celery, sliced
  • 1 U onion, sliced
  • 14 oz. canned diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup barley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Brown and drain ground turkey in a skillet. Transfer turkey to a stock pot and add the remaining ingredients. Boil until the the carrots, celery and onion are tender.
