This week is all about putting back some balance into my routine after over indulging a bit this past weekend. Normally I am pretty good at keeping balance on the daily level, but this weekend I just let things go with a best friend’s wedding and surprise visit with a favorite cousin. So to bring back some balance this week, I am kicking off the day with green smoothies. I have tried out some different recipes this week, but this has been my favorite by far a heaping pile of spinach, some mango and pineapple, a touch of banana, and some Amazing Grass Superfood Powder to really pack in a nutritional punch.
