1. I had a new Cuisinart with a dicing attachment.
2. I had lots of zucchini, eggplant, and potatoes from the Farmers' Market.
3. I made a veggie and potato hash.
4. I had a lot left over.
5. I had a container of tofu which I needed to use.
And the rest is history!!
