  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 U garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay or seafood seasoning
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

  1. Season the fish liberally with Old Bay or seafood seasoning.
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet and add the garlic. Once fragrant, add the fish and cook for 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. Add the lemon juice over top and cook for 2 more minutes until fish is nice and flaky.
