  • 1/2 cup no sugar added grape jelly
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup onions, diced
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken thighs (12 thighs)

  1. In a sauce pan combine all ingredients besides chicken. Cook med-high until boiling.
  2. Pour sauce over chicken in baking dish. Turn chicken so evenly coated.
  3. Bake 45 min at 400.
